Directions for Use
Each sachet contains 3g of powder
Mixed with water:
1. Tear off the packaging
2. Pour into a 200ml of warm water (40°C)
3. Stir or shake well, then drink directly
Consumed directly:

Recommended Dosage:
- Severe condition: 2 sachets daily
- Mild to Moderate condition: 1 sachet daily
- Maintenance: 1 sachet daily is sufficient for ongoing support
