About ECZEVA®
Can children take ECZEVA®? Is there a different dosage for kids and adults?
Yes, ECZEVA® contains natural plant-based ingredients that are safe for children aged 3 years and above. However, due to their lower body weight, we recommend giving children half the adult dosage.
Is ECZEVA® safe for pregnant women?
We do not recommend using ECZEVA® during pregnancy, as hormonal changes may affect its efficacy. It’s best to consult a healthcare professional before use.
Can breastfeeding mothers take ECZEVA®?
Yes, breastfeeding mothers may take ECZEVA® to support their own skin health and reduce allergic sensitivity. However, as every individual’s condition is different, we recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before use to ensure it’s suitable for your current health and breastfeeding status.
I am currently using medication or topical creams. Should I stop them before taking ECZEVA®?
No, you should not discontinue your current medication or topical treatments.
ECZEVA® is designed to complement your existing therapies as adjuvant support — helping to calm inflammation, relieve itchiness, and strengthen the skin barrier from within.
I’m not experiencing symptoms right now. Should I still take ECZEVA®, or only when symptoms appear?
Yes, ECZEVA® can still benefit your skin even when symptoms are under control. Its active ingredients continue to strengthen the skin barrier, maintain moisture balance, and reduce the risk of flare-ups in the future.
How should I take ECZEVA®?
The recommended consumption depends on the severity of your condition:
- Mild to Moderate: 1 sachet daily (preferably in the morning before meals)
- Severe: 2 sachets daily (1 in the morning and 1 at night, before or after meals)
To see visible improvements, we recommend a minimum of 3 boxes (approximately 2–3 months of continuous use). For long-term skin health, consistent consumption for 3–6 months is ideal.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Results vary from person to person. Most users notice improvements within 2–4 weeks, such as reduced itchiness, dryness, and redness.
For chronic or severe cases, longer-term use (3–6 months) helps achieve sustained skin balance and reduced flare-ups.
Is ECZEVA® a medicine to cure eczema?
No, ECZEVA® is not a drug and does not act as an instant cure. It is a clinically tested oral supplement formulated with active plant ingredients that reduces allergic responses and inflammation as well as strengthen the skin barrier.
It works as a long-term skin health solution, not a quick fix.
Are there any side effects of ECZEVA®? Could ECZEVA® worsen my symptoms?
ECZEVA® is made from safe, natural ingredients with no reported harmful side effects.
In rare cases, some users may experience a short-term adaptation phase, where itchiness or mild flare-ups may occur. This is a temporary response as the body rebalances its immune reaction — not an allergy to the product.

Can people with Psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis take ECZEVA®?
Yes. ECZEVA® can be taken as adjunct support for conditions involving inflammation, dryness, or sensitive skin such as psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis.
While it’s not a medical treatment for these conditions, ECZEVA® helps to reduce inflammation, calm irritation, and strengthen the skin barrier — supporting overall skin health from within.
Can people with G6PD deficiency take ECZEVA®?
ECZEVA® is formulated with natural plant-based ingredients, but as G6PD deficiency involves specific dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before consumption to ensure safety.
If my eczema gets better, do I still need to continue taking ECZEVA®?
Yes. Eczema is a chronic condition, and recurrence can happen due to triggers such as stress, diet, or weather. Even after symptoms improve, continuing ECZEVA® helps maintain a strong skin barrier and build long-term resistance against flare-ups.
Is ECZEVA® effective for rosacea or sensitive skin?
Rosacea and skin sensitivity are often linked to inflammation and weakened skin barriers.
ECZEVA® may help reduce redness and irritation and support skin barrier recovery, but it’s not formulated to directly treat rosacea’s immune pathway. It works best as a supportive supplement alongside doctor-prescribed treatments.

We currently ship within Malaysia. In future, we may expand to regional and international zones — stay tuned!
What are the shipping fees and free shipping conditions?
Shipping is RM5 (West Malaysia) and RM8 (East Malaysia). Enjoy free shipping for orders RM250 and above.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, your order will arrive within 3–7 business days after confirmation, depending on your location and courier service.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you can view your order status directly from our website once it has been shipped.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions. If unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. In that case, contact us to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Return & Refund
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Yes — orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of submission if they have not been shipped. Please email your cancellation request to customerservice@zestht.com. A full refund will be issued once your cancellation is confirmed.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
You may request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and verified, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method:

Can I cancel or return my order due to a change of mind?
