1. Eligibility
Membership is open to customers who have made at least one ECZEVA^® purchase and registered for the ECZEVA^® Club using a valid email address.

2. Earning Points
Points can be earned through eligible activities listed under the rewards program. ECZEVA^® reserves the right to adjust, add, or remove point-earning activities at any time.

3. Points Validity
The earned points remain valid as long as the membership is active and the member makes at least one purchase per year.

4. Redemption
Points can be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or special offers as specified on the ECZEVA^® website. Redemption terms and reward availability may vary during promotional periods.

5. Birthday Rewards
Birthday month rewards are applicable only to verified members and valid for a one-time redemption during the birthday month.

6. Modification & Termination
ECZEVA^® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, including point structures and benefits, without prior notice.

7. Misuse of Membership
ECZEVA^® reserves the right to revoke membership and forfeit points or rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.
